Meoxel Lab: Terms of Service (Protocols)

By commissioning Meoxel Lab, the Client (Subject) agrees to follow the following operational protocols. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the termination of the synthesis process.

1. Payment & Financial Protocols

Currency: All prices are in [Insert Currency, e.g., USD] and must be paid via [Insert Payment Method, e.g., PayPal/Stripe].
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [30% or 50%] is required to secure your slot in the Lab. This covers the acquisition of biological blueprints (materials).
Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for projects over [Amount]. Work begins only after the first [X]% is paid. The specimen will not be shipped until the balance is 100% cleared.

2. Design & Synthesis (The Build)

Reference Sheets: The Client must provide a clear, 2-view or 3-view digital reference sheet. Meoxel Lab is not responsible for errors caused by artistic “interpretation” of vague descriptions.
Deadlines: We do not accept “hard deadlines” (e.g., “I need this for a con in 2 weeks”). Synthesis is a complex process; estimated completion dates are provided but not guaranteed.
Work-in-Progress (WIP): Clients will receive digital transmissions (photos) at major milestones (Foam work, Furring, Completion). Minor changes are free; major structural changes after approval will incur a “Mutation Fee.”

3. Shipping & Logistics

Domestic & International: We ship worldwide. All shipping costs, including insurance and customs/import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Transmutation Damage: Meoxel Lab is not responsible for specimens lost or damaged by the courier. We highly recommend full insurance on all shipments.

4. Rights & Ownership (Copyright)

Artist Rights: Meoxel Lab retains the right to use photos/videos of the specimen for promotional and portfolio purposes.
Client Rights: The Client owns the physical specimen for personal use. Commercial use (movies, mascots for profit) must be negotiated separately.
Credit: If the specimen is posted online, credit must be given to “Meoxel Lab.”

5. Warranty & Maintenance

Initial Integrity: We offer a [90-day] warranty for “synthesis defects” (loose seams, popping glue). This does not cover damage from rough play, heat exposure (leaving it in a car), or improper cleaning.
Allergy Warning: The Lab is a [Pet-Friendly/Smoke-Free] environment. Please notify us of any specific material sensitivities.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels, the deposit is forfeited. If work has begun, a refund is only possible for the remaining unworked labor and unused materials.
Studio Cancellation: If Meoxel Lab must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.
Conduct: Harassment, threats, or “chargebacks” will result in immediate blacklisting from the Lab and the forfeit of all funds paid.
